Silly string, sleepovers and Super Dads!

What a fun week we have had! The kids wanted to have a silly string fight after school was over. Well, three weeks later we are finally getting around to it! It was loads of fun and I don't know if you all know this but, silly string does NOT taste good! Shad kept getting it in his mouth and there was much spitting! These kiddos are just too much fun!

This summer the kids have been sleeping over with their cousins. The boys and the girls split up and go to separate houses. When it was Shad and his cousin turn to sleep at our house, as soon as we turned out the lights there was giggling and chatting and then imaginary spiders were suddenly everywhere. :) Then when it was the girls turn at our house they were going none stop. Bike rides to the library 3 times and swimming in the pool 4 times in 1 day! And up at the crack of dawn, so as to not miss out on a second of fun! They are having so much fun with these sleepover that before one has ending they are already planning the next one!

We also enjoyed celebrating our father's this weekend. We went to my parents house for a BBQ on Saturday and got to see some of these wonderful dads in action! Uncle Randy throwing the kids in the pool. Grandpa hosing everyone down in the pool. And our beloved dad putting the little man down for a nap! Dad's are the greatest! Thanks for all you do!
